Should I Be Worried Of Leg Cramps And Numb Arms At 34th Week Of Pregnancy?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and experiencing leg cramps right above my calf and behind my knee and my arms from my elhow to my finger tips have been numb hard to make a fist and the inside of my elbow where it bends also cramps well maybe not cramp but there is pain is this something serious to be concerned about?

hi.
Leg cramps in pregnancy is common.I will advise you to keep moving your legs and feet when sitting or lying in bed. This prevents slowing of circulation of blood because of pressure on pelvic vessels by gravid uterus (DVT). You can try Methyl cobalamine, Vit. E for this, but if not improved consult your gynecologist to rule out any neuropathy.
