Should I Be Worried Of The X Ray Report?

A recent xray (9-2-11) revealed an elongated aorta compared to an 05-08 xray and my va care giver is concerned about internal bleeding.although a recent ekg revealed normal rates. Should I be as concerned as she appears to be? I am a 62 year old male.
