Should I Be Worried Of The Recurring Tiny Black Dots On Hands?

Hi, I have tiny black dots on my hand, on my fingertips(on top of my fingerprints) that won t go away. They look like marks from a pen, but they won t wash away and have been there for a few days now. They re very tiny and I m wondering if I should be at all concerned? They re on 4 fingers in total.
