I am 49. The USG report of my annual health check up mentions Prostatomegaly with no significant post void residue. Prostate measures 4.6X3.6X3.3 cm. I do not have any problems and physically very active (daily running of about 4-5 Kms). Other reports also do not show any kind of infection. Do I need to refer to urologist for treatment?- Lalit
Hi Thanks for your query. I think it is worth while visiting a urologist who can examine you and perform a few tests like PSA just to make sure that it is a benign enlargement of the prostate. Hope this helps Good luck
