HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Zoloft and other medications in this category of drugs (SSRI) commonly cause nausea.

The half life of zoloft is 26 hours, this is the time it would take for the amount of medication in the system to decrease by half.
It normally takes 3 to 4 half life for a medication to be eliminated completely but during this time the amount would be steadily decreasing.

This means ,at 3 to 4 half lives, it would take approximately 3 to 4 days for the medication to be completely eliminated, however because she took such a small dose ,she should start feeling better within 24 to 36 hours.

I hope this helps
