Hi
Thanks for your question.
Your TSH is OK.
You should not take Thyroxine unless your TSH is above 9.
Your symptoms of tiredness is not caused by Hypothyroidism.
I need more information from you.
How much is your Hb?
How old are you? Male or female?
How much is cholesterol?

Please Revert back if you need more information.
