Should I Take Amoxicillin Or Cephalexin For Sore Throat?

i'm experiencing throat pain which is better to take ic amoxicillin 500mg or ic cephalexin 500mg ? i've been fighting this off several days but starting to feel rough, my weakness is my throat/ lymphs node swell terribly bad thank you for your expertise!

You might be having acute pharyngitis/ acute tonsillitis.
You can have amoxicillin & clavulanix acid combination 625 mg twice a day along with aceclofenac & paracetamol combination.
Consult ENT specialist for expert opinion.
