Should I Take Cough Syrup For Chest Congestion?
Well I cough and my lungs sound bad and I hear myself weezing at night, I can get a little yellow mucus up not much. I didn't have a cold or flu but the winds kicked up in CA the day before I got this.. Should I get some strong cough syrup at the store to get the mucus out..

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the given history here this could be allergic cough and only general care would be enough for this and this includes, drink lot of water, have a hot drinks frequently, steam inhalation, these would give good response and no need to think about the cough syrup, if the symptoms does not improve then this need to be investigated, have a nice day.
