Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum. After going through your history it seems there is no spotting now so you can stop the duphaston but better you should consult your treating doctor before stopping this medicine.

the answer of your second query is that you can travel by train after 22 weeks if you don't have any other problem. But i will advise you again to reconsult your treating doctor regarding this point also, as she knows your history better.

Hope my answer helped you.

Wish you good health. Thanks.
