Should I Take Medicines Other Than Paracetamol For Flu, High Fever And Dry Cough?
since last Saturday I suffer with a flue, high fever up to 39 and dry cough. Taking paracetamol every 4 hours. Also I am on antidepressants called Sertraline. is there anything else except paracetamol I can take as it does not seem to work the same way it worked at the beginning.

If you have a dry cough associated I would suggest you to take anti histaminics like levocetrizine.
You should continue paracetamol.
However , if your fever doesn't subsides you should get your self investigated.
