Should Intake Of Prednisone Be Continued For Recurred Hives And Pain In Chest?

I recently took minocycline for two weeks for dermatitis. Then last week I broke out in hives and terrible itch. Dr prescribed 3 days of prednisone. Helped a little but not much. Off prednisone now and hives and pain in chest have returned. How long before hives will go away? Many thanks

I really appreciated your concern, this could be urticarial rash and some time this could be self limiting and in very rare condition this needs treatment and best option would be "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
