Should Recommended Dosage Of 500mg Penicillin Be Completed?

i have 500 mg penecillin v ive been taking twice a day for a week to cure a std i have. so far so good it has disappeared but i was to finish the bottle is this the recommemnded dosage? twice daily with food morning and night probably 12-14 hours apart

The recommended dose and time the medication needs to be taken would vary according to the type of infection found.

Penicillin V may be used to treat syphilis but is not as effective in other STD at the moment.

If the medication bottle is finished before the time frame suggested by the doctor , then you can speak to your doctor or the pharmacist to get additional medication.
