i am 34 yrs female told to have remylin d twice a day for vitamin d deficancy, i am also having thyroid medicine. should i eat remylin with my meals or after also what are its side affects. thank you

Tab.Remylin is methylcobalamine (B-12)....it is not for Vit.D deficiency.It is helpful for neuromusculer pain.You can take it with your thyroid medicine.take usually after meals
No significant side effect for it.
Consult or ask your doctor for medication of vit d deficiency.
