Should Sun Exposure Be Avoided While On HCG Drops?
Starting the HCG Drops, I've heard you cannot go out in the sun while on the drops. I don't usually burn with moderate exposure. We have a pool I wanted to start swimming again, once we get it open. Is it true, you should not go into tanning beds or sunbathe while on HCG?

Yes you are right.
It is advised not to tan because sun exposure can lead to water retention leading to weight gain while on HCG diet.
