I used to exercise about 12 classes a week now down to about 3 as I m exhausted after and need a day to get over it. I m not sleeping properly at night and awake a lot between 12-4 even though I feel tired. Also seem to be hungry at night.also have put on about 8 kilos, when never have a wight issue before. These are my main symptoms and my life has changed dramatically because of this, can u please help, any ideas would be appreciated

HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.
You are having a condition called Hyperthyroidism. This is a condition where the thyroid gland produced T3, T4 hormones more than required . Because of high levels of T3, T4 , the TSH hormones levels get suppressed
You need to be put on medicines that slows down the production of Thyroid hormones, I would recommend you to consult a physician and get started on Tab Neomercazole .
Repeat T3, T4 and TSh after 2 months and review.
