Should Upper GI Endoscopy Be Taken For Nausea, Loss Of Appetite And Acidity?
My daughter is 22 and has nausea (not pregnant, not hipylori,no urine or stool problems.) The primary md only ordered minimal blood, no urine test. We went to urgent care and got great care.. All test came back negative. This is good but still no answer. She was born 5 weeks early, had reflux badly as a baby. Doesn't have an appedite and acid must accumulate in stomach. Taking acid reducing med and has nausea med (zofran). Should we get upper GI or endoscopy or take pine nut oil or what do you think? Thank you

This could be acid peptic disease and will come around with help of proton pump inhibitor the "Omeprazole" 40 mg once in day at evening time along with the "Domepridone" will give excellent result this has to be taken for six weeks have nice day.
