Should We Be Concerned About The Prolonged Low Fever With Cough And Headache?

My 8 year old son has been sick for 9 days and doesn't seem to be getting much better or worse for that matter. He had a low grade fever for a few days but mostly complaining with a cough and headache. He has been very lethargic, not at all his usual self. Should we be concerned?
