Should We Consult A Doctor For 102 Fever And Heart Rate 100?

My 53 year old wife has 102 fever, 100 over 55 bp and 100 pulse. She has had these readings consistently over the last few hours. She is resting comfortably, in and out of sleep. It seems like dehydration but wanted to know if given the readings we should go to the hospital. Thanks.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Fever with all the readings are definitely suggestive not only of the dehydration but can also be a case of septicemia-

The septicemia means the infection has caused the spread into the blood to cause the low BP and higher pulse and temperature.

You should take her to the hospital.
