Shoulder Pain Along With Sounds Especially When Turned Around. Serious Problem?
Dear sir or madam,
Saturday morning I woke up with a pain in my shoulder in a way that I couldn't raise my arm! It's not a pain in any of shoulder muscles but I assume it related to the tendons or a tiny tear possibly! I had not done any heavy works the previous day but I think it has been caused whether while I was asleep or when I had worked out without enough warm-up (3days before that!). The pain is has got eased but not completely and I still fear to do work-out! As to the pain, it is felt especially when I turn my arm around and it is along with sounds in my shoulder! Please help, Considering the 3-day persistence can it be a serious problem?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The pain in the shoulder along with the crackling sound is likely to be due to a decrease in the joint lubricants or a mild inflammation of the articular surfaces. proper supplements will help in symptomatic relief. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
