Shoulder Pain Causes Breathing Difficulty, Lump Which Feels Like Muscle. Treatment?

hello I have pain in my shoulder, sharp pain and when it occurs i am unable to breathe. it tightens my chest sends pain thru my back. I have this costant itch in my shoulder and small tissue lump on the outside that does not hurt but it feels like muscle. the pain comes from deep inside the shoulder and sometimes i can press on the actuall spot way in the bone to fine a place of origin.

that lump , may be b/c of lipoma which is benign tumour , nothing to worry, other problem has to investigate it may be b/c acidity, cervical spondylosis , frozen shoulder and cardiac also
