Shoulder Pain, Legs Pain, Hip Pain, Night Sweats. Fibromyalgia. Why Is ALT Ranging High?

Hello I have been struggling with a severe case of fibromyalgia, so they say. The past couple months I have woken with severe pain in shoulders legs hands and hips. The worst of it is in my qaudracepts. The pain feels like it iris in my bone. Avery deep acke. I have night sweats through out the night a day sweats on and off. I feel sick and spend most my time in bed. My alt is in the 80 range and my ferritin is 320. I am 46 years old. I feel run down like a bad case of the flu.

Hello,

ALT is raised and it is not specific to liver.
It may be raised in liver, kidney and myocardial cell damage.
Ferritin is also raised.
This may be due to liver disease and arthritis.
So you have chronic inflammation and fibromyalgia which is causing you all this pain.
