Sickness In Stomach, Weird Sensation On Hand, Ear Ache, Cannot Sleep. What Do The Symptoms Suggest?
Ifeel really sick to my stomach and have a weird sensation on the right side of my head. When i try to fall asleep this head pressure seems to be worse and im scared to fall asleep. My right ear has a dull ache too. But i dont understand about the head sensations. I close my eyes and after a couple minutes open them again i feel odd

You may have middle ear infection with drug induced gastritis.
Ear problem may cause dull ache with head sensations.
