its a combination drug. side effects such as nausea,allergic reactions,diarrhoea,headache,gastric ulcer are observed on regular use.not to be used if your having any sort of renal/liver involvement, gastric ulcer.effects related to these organs of body on long term.any drug will have adverse effects over period of time if used regularly.decision should be made with you physician.
