Dear Sir, Problem - nasal polyp mostly on side I sleep.reduces by use of meta nasal spray.Easnophyll count also increases, Please advise

Hi.. Steam inhalation can be able to give you relief from your symptoms.. Nasal decongestants on chronic usage can aggravate the symptoms.. Surgical treatment is the option if you are trying to look for a permanent cure..
