What if because you can't sleep you stop taking your drugs wats the side effects.

There are many different types of drugs given for sleeping disorders.
Nature of side effects will depend upon the drug you are taking, as some drugs cause side effects after leaving them and some don't.
Broadly some can cause rebound insomnia, anxiety, withdrawal effects if we discontinue them suddenly after taking for long periods.
