Since I Had A Replacement Right Knee, And After Extensive

Since I had a replacement right knee, and after extensive rehab, I have been plagued with knee cramps. What has caused this and should I contact my surgeon? Walking around seems to relieve it and I can get back to bed, only to have it happen again in another 2 or 3 hours. This happens mostly at night.
