Since I Was A Child I Would See Numbers Differently.

Since I was a child I would see numbers differently. 7's as 1's, 6's as 9's, but not backwards just differently. Also when I read I comprehend what I read but when I am finished reading I cannot remember what I just read and have to read everything over 2 or 3 times before I can remember what I read. I also have to take many notes while I am reading to visually connect what I am reading to my notes. Is my brain missing a beat somewhere? Thank you for your help.
Respectfully,
Theresa
