Since, Thanksgiving Morning , I Have Had Severe Chills &

Since, Thanksgiving morning , I have had severe chills & cannot get warm unless I take ibuprofen or soak in an extremely hot bath, sudden productive cough of grey thick flem. Plugged nose. I feel feverish but cannot find the thermometer. I've had to take ibuprofen 400 mg. every 4-5 hours to take away the chills. Extreme fatigue. Achy thighs& knees. I think it is the flu. What do you think?
