Sinus Infection, Swollen Gums, Large Bumps On Upper Gums. Treatment Options?

Hi doctor my name is xxxxxx my question is that a couple of days ago i had a sinus infection i notice on the left side of my upper gums toward my nose is swollen looks like a big bump under my upper gums it also hurts what is that and when will it go away also doctor I notice that they are asking for money I am a person if i had it i would pay for it GOD knows I wouuld understand if you cant relate the answer.

Welcome to HCM,
From your history it suggests that you have got root abscess on upper teeth.
I do not think it is a sinus infection.
Go for one course of antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicines.
Do warm water gargling so that all infected debris can washed out.
Ok and bye.
