Sinus Infection, Taking Coumadin. Phlegm And Headache. Suggestion
My mother is 90 she has a serious sinus infection she takes Coumadin and we have been to ear nose specialist we got antibiotics ear drops and cream to put inside nose near inflammation but nothing seems to resolve her problem she has a lot of flem in the mornings and thru out the day she will get a very hot head and headaches feels miserable 90% of the day can you help her

As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with acute rhinosinusitis. may be she is resistant to these antibiotic . get the antibiotic sensitivity and blood sugar done.
accordingly you can start broad spectrum antibiotic and nasal decongestant and muclytic .
