Sinus Pressure Seen Suddenly Every Evening, Dizziness, Acid Reflux, Ear Pressure. Solution ?

i noticed every maybe 6pm - 7pm this symptoms suddenly starts to show these symptoms are Sinus pressure, i feel like my back neck is heavy, dizziness, ear pressure, sometimes arm weakness. i have ACID REFLUX and CHRONIC SINUSITIS. plzzz... im suffering to this symptoms maybe for 4months already. and i thought also maybe this is just anxiety attack because before i was having anxiety but i feel like this is different from before.

hi, thanks for contacting HCM,
according to your description you have symptom acid reflux , chronic sinusitis and dizziness these all required the ENT consultation to rule out the pansinusitis on unilateral or bilateral side or specific sinusitis i.e. maxillary, frontal, ethmoid or sphenoid sinusitis. anxiety may be the trigger factor for acid reflux . for acid refluxes and anxiety you required the changes in your life style and food habits.
