There is no need of surgery. I would advice you to have steam with cap. karvol or euclyptus leaves, internally have haridra khand with maha lakshami vilas ras swarn yukat, and to mprove immunity have swamla.

i need some clarification for the clarity of disease then i can advise the apt medicine for you which will give you result within 5 days cooperate
hw you feel the pain ? when it will worse?which area you feel the pain?hw frequency it will come? whether you feel any heaviness over head? while tapping over forehead any feeling you experience? while bending head do you feel pain or pulling type of pain ?while tapping over chin do you feel pain?
