Sir/Madam , My Wife Is 27 Years Old .Her Last

My wife is 27 years old .Her last lmp is on 13 Januaury 2016 . She had Mifegest 1 tab on 17 th February & 2tab of cytolog (Misoprostol 200 mcg) on 19th February at 8am sublingualy and
2tab of cytolog (Misoprostol 200 mcg) at 4 pm sublingualy under the supervision of a renowned obstetrician & gynaecologist. But now my wife is suffering severe pelvic pain ,abdominal pain (cramping).
She can't contact her doctor because he is out of home station and mobile is switched off .
Can she take any pain killer medicine.
