Today we went for his chest ct scan and report is mention below.
Large lobulated heterogeneous soft tissue density mass lesion with patchy enhancement in left hilar region with mediastinal invasion and mediastinal belateral hilar lymphadenopathy likely mitotic lesion (bronchegonic carcinoma)? Lymphoma.
