Sir could U plz tell what problem I have?.My US guided FNAC right cervical lymph node result is- moderately cellular smear reveals well formed epitheloid cell granulomas and scattered epitheloid cells.these cells have pale finely granular nuclear chromatin and pale cytoplasm with an indistinct cell boarder. Also seen are small lymphocytes large lymphocytes immunoblasts and focal necrosed area in the background of blood.
findings are suggestive of granulomatous lymphadenitis
