Sir/ Ma'm I Had Two Miscarriages With The Gap Of

Sir/ ma'm I had two miscarriages with the gap of 8 months. Was told for torch, apla la, glycosylated hb, ft3 ft4 tsh tests. All tests report came out normal except rubella igg 230(positive) igm 0.42 (negative) and cmv igg 1.4 (positive) and igm 0.49 negative. My doctor said ur reports are good but still prescribed me torchnill for six months and restricted me to conceive for at least an year. I m confused if the report is good why i have to wait so long and take the medicines? Were rubella and cmv igg reason for my past miscarriages?
