Sir,i have severe essential tremor in my hand. My hand shake when i carry something in my hand. The left hand affected severely & Slowly it affects my right hand.My age is now 22.l had consulted a neurology.He said it is essential tremor & Prescribed Inderal 40mg which is a beta blocker. It reduced my tremor to a small extent.So plz give me the solution in ayurveda.
