Sister-in-law In Secondary Progress MS And Has Regular Impactions. She

Sister-in-law in secondary progress MS and has regular impactions. She can no longer self administer enemas. Our local rapid clinic will only diagnosis impaction but will not treat. Regular doc office will not treat. Call to local gastro group says that treatment is up to the physician (some may, some may not). Where does my sister-in-go to get treated for impaction?
