Skin Colored Bumps On Forehead And Around Eyes, Change Spots. What Are These Bumps?
My eight year old daughter has skin colored bumps on forehead and around eyes. They change spots but there are always some there. They look like they may pop but they don t. This has been going on for almost a year. They don t bother her, but they are an eye sore. Sometimes they are on her eyelid! Any idea what they are!
Recurrent bumps as described ,may be due to Molluscum contagiosum, caused by Pox virus, which is common in children. It spreads when the bump is scratched and by contaminated objects. It goes away in a person with good immunity within a period of months to yrs or can be removed by cauterisation of the bump.
Confirm this with the Dermatologist before conclusion. Take care.
