General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be hyperkeratosis or eczema. Good quality emollients can be tried for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
