Skin Is Oily, Have Pimples, Dark Spot And Blackheads. Use Betnovate But Skin Becomes More Black. Suggest?
Sir,my skin is oily.on my skin large no.of pimples,darkspot&blackheads.i use batnovate c then my skin becomes black & more pimples increases.i also use homeopathy glow care but processing is very slow. Please suggest a best medicine to remove pimples,darkspot,blackheads&also suggest a cream to whiten my skin immediately.

Use of betnovate c cream would infact exacerbate your problem. Please discontinue its use.
Use a salicylic acid based face wash.
Apply clindamycin gel in morning and adapalene gel in night only over acne lesions.Apply aziderm gel over full face in night to reduce spots and make face brighter.
a if no response is seen in a couple of weeks please consult a dermatologist as you might need alfalfa anti acne medicines too.

Acne usually occurs due to hormonal changes and also due to oily skin patterns, seasonal changes and oily,spicy irregular diet.
Change your diet pattern,keep proper local care of face.
Use proper face wash to remove excessive oil and clean the face.
Local application of clindamycin,momentasone will be helpful.
Oral medicines like azithromycin,isotretinoin will be helpful but start under guidance of your dermatologist.
Start exercise,yoga regularly.Take proper sleep,avoid stress and drink enough water,fruit juices.
Ask your dermatologist about microdermabrasion
