Hello,
Just by having blisters or tingling in foot doesn't mean that ypu are having diabetes. It would be better to get your blood sugar fasting,PP and HBA1c done to know the exact status of your blood sugar levels.
The classical symptoms of diabetes are loss of weight inspite of good appetite, increased urination and increased thirst.
Consult a doctor for diagnosing your condition.
Thanks
