Skin Problem On Penis Head. No Pain. What Could This Be?

Dear sir, I am 24 year old man. I am having a skin problem on my penis head. Initially i would like to mention one thing i am not married yet and i never had any kind of sexual relations. I am not aware of any of the severe diseases. I need your help to resolve my problem.I cant meet any of the doctor for this. There are some small rashes like forms on my penis head.I never felt any kind of pain till yet. Please help me through reply.

Dear sujithus 1989, THE skin of glance penis is sensitive and pron to many skin problems but all are not serious if you didn't have any sexual exposure and non itchy or not painful rashes are very common and some gets cured by itself mostly such type of rashes are of LICHEN NITIDUS , WHICH DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY SPECIFIC TREATMENT AND DOESN'T HARMS YOU HENCE IF SUCH IS THE CASE FORGET IT IT'S SELF RECOVERING. IF MUCH WORRIED APPLY Quidriderm onit for 2 weeks the rashes will disappear but may recur . have a trial of it or simply consult a dermatologist.
