I have rashes on back of my palm chin area and my ear It is very itchy when night time It started from my chin then my ears and lastly my hand What may cause it?

Most probably diagnosis if URTICARIA/HIVES, if there is redness, itching, raised red spots/patches, with no other lesions.
Its an allergic reaction .
Second possiblity is Scabies, but its moslty seen between fingers,toes, flexure surfaces.
YOu have to visit a dermatologist/homoepath for confirmed diagnosis & treatment.
