Skin Tag In The Nostrils. Have Pain. Tried Bactracin, Neosporin And Vaseline

I have what appears to be skin build up on the inside of both nostrils on the middle of the nose. It is white in color and gets hard and dry. I have had this recoccur fairly often for a while, usually it goes away, but now I'm into the 2nd month of this. It is very irritating and hurts often. I have been trying Bactracin, neosporin, vaseline, saline nasal sprays, soaking it in a saline solution, nothing is improving the condition.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You must consult an ENT specialist, as skin tags do not usually develop on inside of nose.
It could be infection , which needs proper antibiotics .
It could be vascular growth also which may bleed if you try to rub it.
Otherwise the infection of nose can spread to the brain.
Get ENT consultation done. do not take medicines on your own.
