Sleeplessness, Noise In Stomach. Could They Be Worms?

Hey I just had homemade fried pork chops for dinner today after after a very long time of not eating it... now its 6am and I can't sleep cause I feel off and my stomach keeps making weird noises but I dont "have to go" nor am I hungry and all I keep thinking is that the noise in my stomach is worms ever since my bf says pork chops have em. P.s. I cooked the pork chops to the point it was dry so no under cooking here. Please tell me im just paranoid about worms :/

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Worms can not be heard from outside the abdomen. It is just intestines and stomach are making this noises as a part of digesting (stomach acid, bile and pancreas acid is mixing with solid food to digest it). It can give more noises as fried meat is harder to digest and needs more time for this process.
So if you do not have any nausea, abdominal pain, fever, diarrhea or abdominal pain, there is nothing to worry about.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
