Sleeplessness The Reason For Hot Body Without Fever?

Hi. I don t have a fever but I feel hot. My blood pressure is normal. I am a young female adult. I m in college and have not been getting enough sleep lately... what could this be? It is really uncomfortable to be feeling hot all the time and not knowing why. I do have a stuffed nose but I don t think those two are related. Am i just lacking sleep? Should I go see a doctor if it doesn t go away in a few days/

Hello,

It may be related to stress due to lack of sleep.
At the same time it may be due to viral infection(Fever and nasal blockage).
Rest and adequate water may help to control fever.
