Hello,
Sleeping with contact lenses can lead to corneal ulcer and other complications, hence you are not supposed to sleep with contact lenses.
The symptoms you have told here like redness, pain, watering indicatefeatures of infection.
Hence I advice you not to wear the contact lenses still your symptoms subside. Treatment with antibiotic eye drops is required depending on the severity and type of infection or inflammation. Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination of the eyes and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
