Slight Pain In Shoulder Blade, Arms And Neck, Pressure Sensation In Breasts, High Anxiety Level. What Could It Be?

Hi I have had slight pain in right shoulder blade and top of right shoulder. Sometimes down arm and up neck. I have some pressure in my right breast and arm pit along with some tingling in right breast. When I am out in cold I have higher tingling sensation in breast. I saw 6 doctors in feb including a specialist who did breast exams and found nothing and I had an ultra sound done of the right breast....I have high anxiety and can not get myself to believe I dont have breast cancer...no lumps that I can feel. What could this all be? I am sick of worrying :(

Hi,
If you are elderly then there might having cervical spondilitis with peri-artheritis.
Consult orthopedic and get examined.
X-ray of cervical region and shoulder will give more precise conclusion regarding your problem.
Physiotherapy will give you more relief.
Ok and take care.
