Slight Pressure On Head After Being Hit Hard By Low Roof. No Bump, Vomiting Etc. Concerning?

I hit my head hard on a low roof 2 days ago. I immediately put ice on it. I never got a bump and that area is not sore (it only hurt for 15 minutes or so after I hit it). However, since then I have a feeling of slight pressure in my head, like someone is gently squeezing it or something is on it. Do I have a brain injury and need to go to the doctor? I have had no other symptoms (vomiting, problems seeing, etc.).

Hello,
You hit your head on a low roof 2 days ago, followed by no bump, vomiiting and defective vision. Now you have mild pressure in your head as though someone is squeezing it. OK. It may a due to a mild concussion without damaging the brain substance.
Anyhow a CT brain is advised to prevent later onset of symptoms and complications.
With Best wishes
